Our let only package includes the following:

- Free property valuation and market advice

- Marketing on Zoopla, Prime location, Letting Web and more

- Accompanied viewings

- Premium marketing (professional photography included)

- Tenant sourcing, vetting, references and credit check

- Drawing up lease agreement and obtaining signatures

LETTING & MANAGEMENT

Initial set up fee - £250 + VAT

Includes: marketing, tenant set up, lease completion and full compliance set up

Ongoing monthly fee - 9.5% + VAT (minimum of £45 + VAT per month)

All services included in the let only package

Monthly rent collection and transfer

Ensuring compliance with regulations including gas safety, electrical checks and registration

Handling tenant complaints & arranging all necessary repairs via our tenant response team

Late payment handling and follow up

Inventory check in/out reports for all tenancies

Bi-annual property inspections to ensure properties are well maintained accompanied with a report
